After completing the form to sell your company, we send you an email confirmation along with a mutual non-disclosure agreement to sign. Upon your signature, an initial phone appointment to discuss your business is arranged. A list of questions regarding your business is analyzed for this initial valuation.

2. We Prepare the Sale of Your Company And Exit Strategy

This crucial step is difficult to detail. Briefly, we perform due diligence on your company to write a confidential information memorandum (CIM) that will contain information about your business for investors. During the writing of the CIM, we simultaneously curate a list of potential acquirers.

3. We List Your Company

We list a one-page “blind” summary of your business on AliDigitalBroker and over 150 national and regional media websites across the US and globally to ensure maximum exposure.

4. We Engage With
Vetted Investors

This “blind” summary will help buyers understand the nature of your business without revealing its name. We market your listing, engage with prospective investors, and qualify them.

5. We Create Competition for
Your Company

Qualified potential investors sign a non-disclosure agreement and are sent the confidential information memorandum (CIM). Investors must submit their questions in writing, which are sent to you. Once prospective investors receive the CIM and responses to their questions, we give them a soft deadline (Bid Deadline) to make an initial offer and later a firm Bid Deadline.

6. We Handle Entire
Transaction Process

All negotiations of purchases, and other deal-related agreements, are sent to you for approval, with our continued advising during this process. Upon offer approval, the due diligence period with the buyer begins. We assist with the due diligence process and advise you on any issues that may arise throughout this process.

7. We Assist With Closing Process

When due diligence is successful, we assist in finalizing the closing process.
